 You won't be on your own – we work in tandems, share ideas, and move things forward together.

### Teaching Assistant

We're looking for a support for the team – someone who perceives children, sees details, and wants to be an important part of the classroom.

 - cooperation with teacher in tandem
 - supporting children in everyday situations
 - active involvement in classroom operations

#### Who we're looking for:

 - qualifications for teaching assistant
 - sensitive and respectful approach
 - reliability and willingness to help
 - ability to cooperate
