Premises

The kindergarten found its home in a family house with a garden in a quiet part of Prague 12. The kindergarten environment is rich in stimuli, but not overwhelming. We begin with the idea that the “richness” of a place is not related to quantity, but to quality. Safety and comfort of children are our highest priority. So, the kindergarten is cleverly structured and offers interactive, leisure, activity, eating, and rest areas. To make the rooms even more enjoyable for the children, we brought natural materials and lots of flowers inside the building. The spacious garden is equipped with certified play elements and a sandpit. It offers plenty of space for outdoor activities in the pleasant shade of trees. The renovated terrace is used to cultivate useful plants and herbs and, in good weather, is part of the daily programme.

Our team

Adéla

Adéla

Director

When I began working at EduArt as a teacher, I was impressed by the children's spontaneity, sincerity, and joy in small things every day. And this is still true today. That is why I enjoy spending as much time as I can with them, even though I have to focus on administration in my role. Whether it is me, our teachers, or our assistants, we all strive to create beautiful and memorable experiences for the children. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and taking care of my six pet degus.

Veronika

Veronika

Teacher

Since the age of 15, I have been dedicated to working with children. I started by leading swimming prep classes and organizing day camps focused on swimming. Later, I gained experience as a ski instructor and had the opportunity to care for young children as an au-pair in Oslo, Norway. These diverse experiences have enriched me greatly and revealed the path I wish to pursue wholeheartedly. Soo I continued in my education in the filed of Early Childhood Education at Charles University. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, running, and spending quality moments with family and friends.

Kateřina

Kateřina

Teacher

Even when I was growing up, I enjoyed helping and caring for others. I received my education and experience in health, nutrition, and social care for children in daycare and elderly homes. I was involved in activities for families and worked as an exercise instructor. My desire to work closely with children led me to further personal development and professional qualifications in the field. Children are an important part of my life, and the joy I see in their eyes is the most beautiful reward.

Nanny

I longed to be a teacher since elementary school. During my educational career, I focused on languages, obtained an international professional certificate and started teaching English at Helen Doron. At the same time, I started leading an English class in kindergarten. I really enjoy working with children and being their companion while exploring the world with them. At EduArt, I work as a nanny and continue my professional education. In my free time I like to relax and travel. I am a great animal lover. In addition to a dog and cat, I also have a parrot.

Anel

Anel

English Teacher

I have been passionately devoted to English since my childhood. I quickly achieved a professional standard of English and won many high school olympiads. Professional experiences in American and British international companies allowed me to be immersed in a purely English-speaking environment. At the same time, I taught the language to adults, children, and students. I have a natural talent for working with children, who respond to my playful energy. This brought me to EduArt, where my goal is to create a caring and stimulating environment for children and foster a love for English. I look forward to helping your child grow, develop, and be happy.

Jana

Jana

School Assistant

I am a student of special education at Charles University. I chose this field because I have always liked children and I knew from an early age that I wanted to work with them in the future. They add energy and joy to my life. I was also inspired to go in this direction by my mother, who works as a child psychologist and helps children every day, which is what I would like to do one day. Traveling, doing crafts and walking in nature are among my hobbies, which I would like to pass on to children.

Natálie

Natálie

School Assistant

I graduated from an art high school and am currently studying at a university in English. Since the age of 12, I have been taking care of my three younger siblings, which led me to babysitting and organizing children's parties. I really love children and enjoy communicating with them – we understand each other well. The time spent with children allows me to briefly return to my own childhood. I enjoy being creative with children, and I believe it is important for all of us to preserve our childlike creativity for as long as possible.

Lydie

School Assistant

Although as a child I never imagined myself in a kindergarten, working with children not only brings me joy and fulfillment but also opens new horizons for me. Working in a kindergarten is not just about supervising children; it also requires creativity, the ability to earn authority, and coming up with various activities for the children. In my free time, I am completing my studies as a radiology assistant and social educator, and in the future, I would very much like to continue working with children. I look forward to collaborating with the children at EduArt Kindergarten and to the opportunity to meet both the children and interesting people.

I began studying Early Childhood Education at secondary school and continued at university, completing both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Tomas Bata University in Zlín. I was drawn to this field primarily by my love for children. After my studies, I worked not only as a teacher but also spent several years in the role of head teacher at a kindergarten. Thanks to this experience, I have a good understanding of the needs of both educators and parents and am able to support them in administrative matters as well. In my work, I value strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and open communication. I enjoy continuous learning and personal and professional development. I like finding solutions that make the daily operation of a kindergarten easier, and I am pleased to be able to contribute to creating an environment where not only children, but also their parents and teachers, feel comfortable and satisfied. At EduArt, I also help care for the children whenever needed.

Pavlína

Housekeeper

I have dedicated my entire life to caring for my family. Taking care of others has always been both my mission and my joy. Now that my daughters are grown up, I would like to continue supporting the youngest children in the warm, family-like environment of EduArt Kindergarten. A child’s smile is the greatest reward for me. Among my hobbies are traveling across Europe and Asia. However, my greatest relaxation comes from working in the garden at our cottage, surrounded by the beautiful Czech countryside.

Projects - ERASMUS+ and OP JAK

Co-funded by the European Union – Erasmus+

Our teachers are actively involved in the international educational programme Erasmus+, which supports professional growth and the exchange of experiences among educators across Europe. Through the project, they have the opportunity to visit partner schools, observe the work of foreign colleagues, and gain inspiration from new methods and materials. The aim of the programme is to enrich our teaching practices, strengthen teachers' language skills, and introduce innovative approaches into our classrooms. These experiences are directly reflected in the quality of education and in the everyday work with children in our school.
