Premises
Our kindergarten found its home in a beautiful modern building from 2021. It offers large airy classrooms, cleverly designed space, and superior amenities. It responds to the needs of pre-school children and combines functionality and exceptional design. The environment is rich in stimuli, but not overwhelming. The space is divided into several practical zones, and all play elements are safe and meet the highest standards. The kindergarten is equipped with tools that develop children’s intellectual and motor skills. All toys are made of wood or certified plastic, and we use Montessori tools to stimulate children’s curiosity.

I studied Preschool Education at a Secondary Pedagogical School and later continued in the master’s program at the Faculty of Education, Charles University. During my studies, I worked as an au-pair for children from the age of three months, which gave me practical experience with children from their early childhood. After several years of working in both the private and public sectors, I enriched my profession in education by studying School Management, also at Charles University. Currently, leading the EduArt branch is a major professional challenge for me, as it allows me to apply my experience as a teacher. I care not only for the children but also for the teaching team and parents, with a particular focus on the quality of pedagogical work, which I consider essential.
Veronika
I grew up in a very active and caring family, which has made me the person I am today. I received my bachelor's degree in social pathology and prevention and my master's degree in social pedagogy from the University of Hradec Králové. In addition, I have experience working in intervention social services, where I also worked in managerial positions for many years. I needed energy and creativity, which led me to the EduArt kindergartens. I follow the belief that it is better to give than to receive, and approach new tasks with passion and dedication.

The work of a teacher is my life mission and I found myself in it. Working with children is beautiful and at the same time responsible, mainly because as a teacher, in cooperation with parents, I help develop the child's individuality and personality. I graduated from a secondary school of pedagogy - majoring in preschool and extracurricular pedagogy and worked as a teacher in a school group for 4 years. In my spare time I like to create, paint, play the guitar, learn the piano, sing and spend time with my family, preferably in nature. I am a mother of two small children and I constantly have to work on myself and learn, because children are our mirror. The first six years of life are crucial for a child's development, which is why I would like to provide the children at Eduart Kindergarten with a stimulating and loving environment where they will feel safe and where they will be happy to return. I will be rewarded with a smile on their face and a hug that will warm my heart and fill me with positive energy

I have always been a creative and active person. I am currently studying at the Prague University of Economics and Business, and I focus on administration and organisation. I am energetic, reliable, and enjoy working with people. I gained experience in a children's environment as a camp leader and by running creative lessons for children under four years old. These experiences taught me patience, flexibility, and the ability to come up with new ideas. Since childhood I have been devoted to horses, visual arts, and competitive dancing. For many years I attended an art school, where I developed my passion for drawing and painting. At EduArt I take care of administrative support and operations. I am happy to be part of an environment that creates an inspiring and friendly place for children, parents, and the whole team.

I studied at a pedagogical school specialising in pre-school and out-of-school education. Already during my studies I visited families and worked with children of various ages. This experience taught me to see every child as a unique individual, to approach each one personally, and to respect their needs, pace, and personality. I further extended my education by qualifying as a speech-therapy assistant with a focus on primary speech-therapy prevention in schools. This allows me to support children in developing their speech and communication skills, which are particularly important in the pre-school years. In the classroom I strive to create an atmosphere in which every child feels safe and respected and can be fully themselves. I believe that an attentive embrace, a calm, caring, and stimulating environment are the most beautiful foundation for joyful learning and healthy personal development.

Ever since childhood, I knew I wanted to work with children. I studied at a secondary pedagogical school in Mladá Boleslav. Working with children is for me not only a profession, but also a joy. What I love about children is their honesty, their delight in small things, and their vivid imagination. It is important to me that children feel safe and content at kindergarten, and that they come with joy and a smile. In my free time I love to travel and spend time with my dog.

I have always had a very positive relationship with children, as I come from a family of teachers. I have spent my professional life working with kids with special needs. Working with them taught me solidarity and respect for life. Thanks to this experience, I also know how important it is to provide suitable conditions for the social and cognitive development of children. I follow up on the already acquired knowledge and skills of the children and support their strengths. My favorite book character, The Little Prince, says, "All grown-ups were once children, but few really remember." I try to never forget this and to take into account the current needs of children and deepen their natural desire for knowledge.

When I studied secondary nursing school, I babysat the children of friends and family. I was so excited by babysitting and preparing the program that I continued on the path of preschool and extracurricular pedagogy. I really found myself here. I don't see working with children only as a job, but as a mission. Participating in shaping the personalities of children who are our future is a great honor for me and I approach it with great responsibility and love. I think that when a person does what they enjoy and like, they do it even better.

I have had a positive relationship with children since I was very young and I have always naturally seen myself in the role of a teacher. What fulfills me most about this job is inventing various creative activities, for example I like to involve children in art activities and introduce them to visual arts. I worked in a kindergarten and in adaptation groups and gained experience in integrating foreign children into an environment with a different language. I have a medical degree and experience in pediatric surgery and traumatology. I like to swim, travel, paint, dance, and sing. I feel happy when the children are happy and their parents are happy.

Working with children is my joy and my great purpose. For three years I have been caring for pre-school children, and every day reaffirms that I chose the right path. What brings me the greatest happiness is their spontaneity, honesty, and everyday enthusiasm for discovering the world. Working with children has been part of my life since I studied pre-school and out-of-school education at secondary school. Later I expanded my knowledge by studying special education, because I have always been interested in how to best support every child in their uniqueness. Working with children is for me not only a profession, but also a great joy. During my professional journey I gained experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder as well as supporting families in challenging life situations. This made me realise how important it is to approach every child with respect, patience, and an understanding of their individual needs. I graduated from a conservatory of music, and although the piano is a big part of my life, working with children brings me the greatest joy. I see lots of meaning in it and it is very important to me that the children feel accepted as they are. The pedagogy classes at my university were very helpful for me, where I realized how I wanted to teach. I like to connect the knowledge gained during the study of music and English and I try to pass it on in a playful way. I have lots of hobbies, mainly the violoncello, French and psychology.

My name is Klára, and I am an English teacher. I have been working with children for several years. I started as a camp counselor and later enrolled at the University of Economics. However, I soon realized that this field did not fulfill me. As the saying goes, every cloud has a silver lining – over time, I found my way to teaching English and discovered that I had finally found something I truly enjoy and that gives my life meaning. With a strong belief in creating a positive and engaging learning environment, I strive to inspire creativity, curiosity, and social skills in every child. I also focus on building strong relationships with children and their families. My goal is to make learning fun, meaningful, and empowering – helping children grow into confident, compassionate, and enthusiastic learners.

I am an English teacher who has been living and working in the Czech Republic for several years. Working with young children is especially close to my heart, because I love their natural curiosity and imagination. I create a calm and safe environment in which children feel comfortable, can explore, make mistakes and grow. In my lessons, English becomes part of play – through music, movement and small creative activities. I draw inspiration from art and music, which often influence the way I work with children in the classroom. I believe children's confidence grows when they feel understood and supported. My goal is for every child to enjoy learning and take pride in their progress.

I am very creative and like to learn new things all the time. What I like about my job is that I can help create a safe environment where children can be themselves. I try to listen to the children and be their supporter. I graduated from a business academy, but right after school I knew I wanted to go in a different direction and I completed an accredited course for teaching assistants. I worked at an art school for four years and took part in various children's events, dance clubs and other sports activities. I really found myself in this job and I am looking forward to more new experiences.

Pedagogical activity fulfills me since I can remember. I enjoy watching the progress and I am happy from the small and big successes in the little ones lives. Regarding my education, I studied at the Faculty of Pedagogy of the Charles University in Prague. I have many years of experience with children - I look after children in families and I also worked as an organizer and teacher in adaptation groups, in which I took care of children of preschool age. My hobbies include tutoring the Czech language. In my free time I look for travelling, reading books, learning foreign languages and swimming.

In high school, I discovered the deaf community. I was utterly fascinated by it, and my passion brought me from Brno to Hradec Králové, where I completed a three-year study of Sign Language Interpreting and Pedagogical Assisting. This training gave me a better idea of the culture, language, and children's needs. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, taking walks with my dog, or working on my own photo and film projects.

When I was little and first saw with what love and enthusiasm my family devoted themselves to children in education, I decided that I wanted to follow the same path and dedicate myself to them with the same passion. I studied at a grammar school and enrolled at university in the field of special education. While studying at secondary school, I led a guitar and art club at a children and youth centre. My passions are singing, playing guitar and composing songs. I also love reading very much. My wish is to accompany children through music and books on a journey of various stories through which they will fall in love with the world of fantasy. Together we can develop it.

In 2018, I received this IT engineer degree from the University of Hradec Králové and spent several years in the technical world of data and systems. It was only during my maternity leave that I decided to delve deeper into nutrition and started studying Nutritional Therapy at the 1st Faculty of Medicine, majoring in Adult and Child Nutrition. The work of a nutritional therapist fulfills me and nutrition is my passion. I enjoy engaging in educational activities, both for adults and children in kindergartens and primary schools. I provide individual consultations, where I try to find a sustainable solution tailored to your needs, taking into account work and family responsibilities. At EduArt, my task is to oversee the correct composition of the diet and bring innovations and knowledge from the world of modern nutrition into kindergarten practice.
Anna
A psychologist and supervisor, she teaches at the Department of Psychology of the Faculty of Education at Charles University and at the Department of Psychology and Social Sciences at Ambis University. She is a co-founder of the psychological organisation Endlessly, which focuses on supporting adolescents, their parents and schools. She worked with the Otevřeno movement, which strives to improve pre-graduate teacher training at education faculties in the Czech Republic. She worked at a pedagogical-psychological counselling centre, where in addition to child diagnostics she also worked with class communities. She trains lecturers of primary prevention programmes and leads other professional courses for teachers, the public and companies. She has worked as a school psychologist at a primary school and at a grammar school.

I am an expert supervisor of speech threapy in EduArt with a university degree in speech therapy from Palacký University in Olomouc. I began my professional career in 2013 at the Clinical Speech Therapy Clinic and at Litomyšl Hospital, later working at the private LOGO Clinic in Brno. In 2017 I passed my specialization exam and founded my own clinical speech therapy practice in Brno, which I expanded to include a branch in Prague in 2022. In my practice, I focus on outpatient care in Prague and also on home-based speech therapy. My professional activities also include supporting neurodevelopmental stimulation and motor development in children, using elements of sensory integration, and working with bilingual children.
Světlana
My name is Svetlana and I come from the Republic of Moldova. My family and I moved to the Czech Republic in 2015. I studied at a pedagogical university in Moldova and worked for a while as a teacher at a high school. I am a mother of 3 children and I have always tried to set an example for them, and today I feel that I have succeeded. In my free time, I devote myself to my family, read, and also like to walk in nature. The EduArt kindergarten gives me the opportunity to meet interesting people and try new things.
Marija
My name is Marija, and I am from Ukraine. In 2022, I moved to Prague with my family. In Ukraine, I worked as a primary school teacher (grades 1–4). I love working with children, have teaching experience, and a friendly approach. I am a mother of three daughters and have always tried to set a good example for them. In my free time, I enjoy bead embroidery, baking, and cooking delicious meals. At EduArt kindergarten, I enjoy observing children’s crafts and creative activities because I love making things as well. I am passionate about traditions and love watching how Czech children learn carols, fairy tales, and songs.
Projects - ERASMUS+ and OP JAK
Our teachers are actively involved in the international educational programme Erasmus+, which supports professional growth and the exchange of experiences among educators across Europe. Through the project, they have the opportunity to visit partner schools, observe the work of foreign colleagues, and gain inspiration from new methods and materials. The aim of the programme is to enrich our teaching practices, strengthen teachers' language skills, and introduce innovative approaches into our classrooms. These experiences are directly reflected in the quality of education and in the everyday work with children in our school.
