Working with children has been part of my life since I studied pre-school and out-of-school education at secondary school. Later I expanded my knowledge by studying special education, because I have always been interested in how to best support every child in their uniqueness. Working with children is for me not only a profession, but also a great joy. During my professional journey I gained experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder as well as supporting families in challenging life situations. This made me realise how important it is to approach every child with respect, patience, and an understanding of their individual needs. I believe that children develop best in an environment where they feel safe, accepted, and have the space to explore the world at their own pace. My goal is to create an atmosphere full of trust, joy, and mutual respect.
